"Most economic fallacies derive from the neglect of this simple insight, from the tendency to assume that there is a fixed pie, that one party can gain only at the expense of another."
— Milton Friedman
"A platform is when the economic value of everybody that uses it exceeds the value of the company that creates it."
— Bill Gates
The Numbers

The Numbers
In 1892, the New-York Tribune did something nobody had ever done before: it published a complete list of every millionaire in the United States. Who they were, where they came from & how they made their money.
At the time, there were roughly 4,000 millionaires in a country of 63 million people. That is roughly 0.006 percent of the population.
Today, the United States has over 20 million millionaires, or almost 1 in every 5 households. America is the Millionaire Capital of the world:
You cannot deny that there is something about America that makes it possible to arrive with nothing and build something that lasts.
But that prosperity is uneven. Deeply so.
The Gap

The Gap
Immigrants in America are highly educated and relentlessly hardworking. Yet despite having some of the highest education levels in the country, we are not translating that into income, much less wealth, and even less often into lasting, generational wealth.
Nearly half of recent immigrants hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, a higher share than Americans born in the United States.
And yet immigrant households hold about 41 percent less wealth.4
My Story
My Story
I arrived in the United States alone in August, 2022.
In less than 2 years, I secured permanent residency, a dream job, and graduated from an Ivy League university with awards.
Beyond just me, I’ve also helped 300+ people get their green cards and permanent residency in the U.S., and indirectly helped many more people.
I saw that many chased the green card (and then the passport) like it’s the final destination.
But living in San Francisco changed my perspective. I would walk through downtown and see the full range of American life, including people who were struggling deeply, some even living on the streets. Many of them were citizens but that citizenship status alone did not automatically make their lives secure, prosperous, or desirable.
A green card or a passport may be an elevated starting point, but it is by no means the final destination.
It’s Time to Grow the Pie

It’s Time to Grow the Pie
The truth is, we didn’t come for the green card. We came for the American Dream of Freedom: economic prosperity, a life our children do not have to escape from & the ability to build something that outlasts us.
But the products and services around us are not built for that.
They focus on remittances, moving money, and taking a cut of what already exists. Nobody is genuinely focused on growing the pie. On walking the immigrant journey with us from entry to education to income to wealth, in a way that deeply understands the American financial system.
I’ve seen what that looks like when it is done right.
I served on the Family Office team of one of the largest wealth managers in the world, working directly with some of the wealthiest American families. I saw how wealth in this country is built, structured, protected, and passed down across generations.
That knowledge exists, but it simply has not been brought to the people who need it most.
I believe we can change that. It’s time to focus on growing the pie.
The Formula

The Formula
I once watched an interview with Jeff Bezos where he said something that struck me.
He suggested an alternative to the Forbes List where instead of personal accumulated assets, you rank people by how much wealth they've created for others. He said: "Amazon's market cap is $2.3 trillion. I own about $200 billion of it, which means I've created something like $2.1 trillion of wealth for other people."5
I love that idea of measuring yourself by how much value you've created for others.
My mission is to build a firm that helps 1,000 immigrant families become millionaires.
The math is simple: 1,000 immigrants × $1 Million net worth each = $1 Billion.
Imagine what this new wealth created can multiply to do. It goes into businesses, retirement accounts, education funding, real estate. It employs people. It funds causes across America & across the diaspora. It gives the next generation a starting point that changes everything.
Why Me?

Why Me?
This is the work my entire career has been pointing toward.
I am a Certified Financial Planner with an MBA from Columbia University, and direct experience advising high-net-worth families at Goldman Sachs. I understand how wealth is structured at the top, and I understand what is missing for people at the beginning of that journey.
I’m also an immigrant myself. In just a few years in the United States, I’ve achieved things many people told me would take a decade.
Along the way, I learned something important about this country. If you simply wait your turn and ‘stay in your lane’, America can be good to you. But if you reach beyond what society says your limits are, and bring others along with you, that’s when this country really rewards you.
The Platform

The Platform
Arusha is not a traditional financial advisory firm. It is a platform.
When you plug in, it begins to build your wealth, not just manage it. It connects you to peers who are building at the same level, to investors and mentors who have already done what you are trying to do, and to opportunities most people never see until it is too late.
The belief behind Immigrant Millionaire is this: you can arrive in America with nothing and become a millionaire in 10 years or less.
No, it isn't easy. But with the right systems, the right knowledge & the right network, it’s far more achievable today than it has ever been in history.
Immigrant Millionaire represents a new cohort of American wealth that did not exist before, built by people who crossed an ocean to be here and who intend to make something of it.
You came for the American Dream.
Now it’s time to build it.
